• Order & delivery: shipping address, items, sizes/measurements and order history.
• Technical: basic device/usage data; your cart is stored locally in your browser.
• We do not collect or store card/banking details — payments are handled by Razorpay.

2. How we use it

• To verify your phone, process and fulfil your order, and schedule measurement/tailoring.
• To send transactional updates (order confirmation, status) by SMS/WhatsApp.
• To provide support and improve our products and service.

3. Sharing

We share data only as needed to run the service: with Razorpay (payments), our SMS provider (OTP and updates), and logistics partners (delivery). We do not sell your personal data.

4. Retention & security

We retain order data as required for business and legal/tax purposes, and apply reasonable safeguards (OTP codes are stored hashed; data access is restricted). No method is 100% secure.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us — subject to records we must keep for tax/legal compliance.
